Finance Division once again file CPLA in Supreme Court of Pakistan against the Judgement of Federal Service Trinunal

Finance Division again file CPLA in the Supreme Court of Pakistan against the Previous Judgement of Federal Service Tribunal. Dated 11.07.2011. The Finance Division recently requested Establishment Division to furnish the Financial Implication involved in the up-gradation of Stenographers. An appeal was admitted by the Registrar Supreme Court Civil  Petition No.1480 to 1484/2011 against Khalid Riaz & Four others. The next date of hearing is expected to be 19 to 24 September. With reference to the context of the upgradation of Stenographers case it is expected that The Finance Division will base the Financial Implication involved in the up-gradation  of Stenographers along with the its effect on the Budget and Government Funds. However, now defending the case might be a difficult task meanwhile both the parties has a valid point in pros and cons.
